I recently rented a tent for an event and couldn’t be more pleased with the service and quality. From the moment I contacted Apex Party Rentals, their customer service was exceptional. They helped me choose the right size tent based on the number of guests and even recommended additional equipment like tables and chairs. On the day of the event, the setup crew arrived on time and was very professional and efficient. They set up the tent quickly and made sure everything was secure. The tent itself was clean and in great condition and provided ample shade for our gathering. After the event, the pickup process was just as smooth. The crew arrived at the scheduled time, and they dismantled everything without causing any disruption. Overall, I highly recommend Apex Party Rentals. Their reliable products and outstanding customer support made our event a success!

I contated Apex Party Rental to rent tents, tables, and chairs for a party. Not only the service from agreement to installation was outstanding, it was also a lot more affordable than other places that I have called. I would recomment Apex Party Rental without reservation or hesitation for all your party essentials.

Needed an outdoor speaker system for a 100-people event last minute and Apex came through! They accommodated venue disruptions on the day of event and worked with us to move to a different location and set everything up perfectly. It was great working with them!

Service was quick, professional and the tables/chairs reasonably priced. Everything was clean, sturdy and good looking. Perfect for our daughter's wedding reception. Wes even rolled with a date and order change with no issues. We will definitely use them again!
